The Health Sciences Association project involved a 2-level leasehold improvement. As Owners Representative we were involved in selecting, negotiating and recommending the consultant team. We were also involved in managing, coordinating, and monitoring the design and engineering process to ensure they met both budget and timeline.
During the Pre-Construction process we worked with the team to conduct a space utilization study. This study collected quantitative data on how the current space was being used and explored ways we could to make improvements. The research outcomes helped to leverage the business case for the project and identified ways to increase efficiency, resulting in significant real estate cost savings.
